Boiled potatoes with the skins

Potatoes are boiled with the skins on. The water thrown away, and the potatoes remain to be dryed for another ½ hour in the pot on the solar parabolic – they are lightly baked this way and become even tastier. One subtlety: for dry baking, a pot with a thick bottom should be used, because a thin-walled pot will deform! During drying-baking, do not put the lid on, and turn the solar cooker slightly left-right in order to evenly dry the potatoes in the pot!
